Attorney Benjamin Mesiti received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the New England School of Law in Boston in 2002. Beginning with a prominent criminal defense firm in Providence, Rhode Island, he opened his own practice in 2006, focusing on the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law. His office has rapidly grown to include several lawyers, handling nearly all kinds of legal matters.
Attorney Mesiti is admitted to practice in the state courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts and the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a member of the Pawtucket Bar Association and was featured twice in the Providence Phoenix “Best of Providence”.
No matter what your legal problem, he will work closely with you to understand your particular situation and needs, and will educate you about how the legal process and how the law applies to your case. His consultations are always free.
The office is open from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. Evening, weekend, hospital, home and jail consultations can be arranged by appointment. The office is located directly off of the “JOHNSTON” exit on RT-6 West. For your convenience, MasterCard and Visa are accepted, and payment plans are available. For personal injury cases, there is no fee unless successful.
