Meet Attorney Ben Mesiti
Attorney Benjamin Mesiti received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the New England School of Law in Boston in 2002. Beginning with a prominent criminal defense firm in Providence, Rhode Island, he opened his own practice in 2006, focusing on the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law.Attorney Mesiti is admitted to practice in the state courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts and the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a member of the Pawtucket Bar Association and was recently featured in the Providence Phoenix.

Our office is open from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. Evening, weekend, hospital, home and jail consultations can be arranged by appointment. We are located directly across the street from Central Falls City Hall. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and Visa, and payment plans are available. For personal injury cases, there is no fee unless we recover for you.
